Müjde AYAN

After graduating from Ankara Gazi University, I began my career as a primary school teacher at Bursa Cumhuriyet Primary School in 1996. Subsequently, I taught all grade levels continuously from 1st to 5th grade for 21 years as a primary school teacher, first at Ankara İhsan Sungu Primary School and then at Çankaya District Köy Hizmetleri Primary School, from which I eventually retired. During my tenure, I was awarded a certificate of commendation by the District Directorate of National Education three times.

During my university education, I participated in folk dance activities covering various regions for four years at the university and at the HAMOY Folk Dance Association. I completed my folk dance instructor training at the 7th Evening Art Center and received my Folk Dance Instructor Certificate.

Throughout my service, I strived to improve myself in my field by attending numerous in-service training programs. Some of these include:

• Effective teaching methods and techniques
• Primary education curriculum teaching methods
• Substance abuse in primary school students
• Anger management in children
• Development of social skills and drama education
• Measurement and evaluation techniques
• Multiple intelligences theory seminar
• Preparation of educational materials
• Classroom activities
• Folk culture, etc.

For the past 6 years, I have been continuing to work as a teacher at MKA Schools in the USA.

Teaching was my childhood dream, and I am truly delighted to have realized my dream and to have made a meaningful difference in the lives of hundreds of students.
