Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Group Class Tuition Refunds

Tuition refunds for group classes are determined based on the date written notice of withdrawal is received by the school administration via email:

• Notice received 14 or more calendar days before class start date: 100% tuition refund (minus a $50 non-refundable administrative processing fee).
• Notice received 7 to 13 calendar days before class start date: 50% tuition refund.
• Notice received less than 7 calendar days before class start date or after classes begin: No refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Fees & Materials

Annual registration fees, administrative processing fees, and physical course materials (textbooks, workbooks, activity kits) are strictly non-refundable once processed or distributed.

3. Private Tutoring Rescheduling & Cancellations

For 1-on-1 private tutoring sessions, cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions ("no-shows") will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

4. Class Cancellations by the School

MKA Turkish School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment, severe weather, facility emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If a course is canceled by MKA Turkish School before the start date due to low enrollment, registered students will receive a 100% full refund including registration fees, or the option to transfer enrollment to another available section.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the formal written withdrawal request.
